In its June 2025 monthly
security update, Microsoft has released 13 patches for Windows 10 version 22H2.
These updates address various issues, including bugs that affected the Start
Menu functionality and problems with flash/USB scanning.
Microsoft noted that this June
update is an optional release, allowing Windows administrators to test the
fixes ahead of the full, mandatory patch scheduled for July 2025.
To install the optional update,
users can go to Windows Settings and select Windows
Update to manually check for and apply the patches.
