Information Network Security Administration (INSA) held a joint discussion aimed at expediting the deployment of the Human Resource Management System it is developing for the Ethio Engineering Group.
The discussion, attended by senior leaders and technical committees from both institutions, assessed the current progress of the project. The two sides reached an agreement to further coordinate upcoming tasks and fully complete and operationalize the project within two months.
The deployment of the Human Resource Management System is intended to transition the Group to a modern, efficient, and integrated digital operation. It also aims to network and connect the Group with its seven large-scale subsidiary industries.
Beyond this, the system is expected to institutionalize data-driven decision-making, establish accountable operational processes, and enhance both the speed and quality of information flow among the industries.
In concluding the discussion, leaders of both institutions stated that the remaining modules will be completed step by step, with strong follow-up and support to finalize this critical technological infrastructure, which is vital to the Group’s overall success.
