A high-ranking delegation from the Nigerian College of Logistics and Management paid a visit to INSA

Addis Ababa, July 23, 2025 (Hamle 15, 2017 E.C.) – A high-ranking delegation from the Nigerian College of Logistics and Management paid a visit to Ethiopia's Information Network Security Administration (INSA) as part of their educational and military international tour.


Following the visit, Colonel Adiboye, the head of the delegation, delivered a message stating that the visit plays a significant role in strengthening the comprehensive bilateral cooperation between Nigeria and Ethiopia. He emphasized that INSA’s efforts, particularly in enhancing Ethiopia’s cybersecurity and national sovereignty, as well as its initiatives to ensure knowledge and technological ownership, stand out as model practices that can be adapted by other African nations.


Colonel Adiboye also highlighted that Ethiopia and Nigeria enjoy a strong and positive diplomatic relationship. He underscored the importance of deepening the collaboration between the two nations in the field of cybersecurity, aiming to strengthen not only their individual capacities but also the overall cyber capabilities of the African continent.


The Nigerian College of Logistics and Management regularly conducts annual international and military study tours, with Ethiopia being one of their destinations. During their visit, the delegation explores institutions like INSA and others relevant to their areas of study.
