Information Network Security Administration (INSA) Childcare Center has been awarded first place at the national level among federal institutions and ministries, scoring 94.1 points, and has received a special recognition certificate.
As stated during the award ceremony organized today by the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs, the INSA Childcare Center achieved this top ranking due to its high-quality service delivery, the presence of skilled and experienced professionals, the provision of clean and spacious facilities appropriate to the number of children, and its active role in sharing best practices with other institutions.
The Administration emphasized that human resource development and employee well-being are central pillars in its efforts to safeguard the country’s cyber sovereignty. In particular, creating a conducive work environment—where mothers can perform their duties with full capacity without worrying about the safety of their children—has been a key factor contributing to this achievement.
This success demonstrates that the institution places great value not only on technology but also on people-centered initiatives.
